Y'all cleaned me out the last time I made it, so here it is in double the batch!

Made with from-scratch ACV with local spring water & apples I bring you this season's Fire Cider.

Suggested Uses:

β€’ marinade your meats
β€’ drink it straight
β€’ throw it in a hot toddy with a couple splashes of nice whiskey (if you're feelin sick ofc 😏)
β€’ mix with pink Himalayan salt, hot water and magnesium to offset energetic imbalances that lead to sickness
β€’ mix with oil, vinegar, Celtic grey salt & other spices for an unforgettable salad dressing
β€’ gift it to folks who need a little love & spice & something nice this cold season

Why to Use:

Fire Cider is KNOWN, and has been known, to support immunity with its high concentration of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Since the base is an oxymel with raw ingredients it supports healthy bacteria growth in our gut which leads to improved digestion, balanced bile secretion, and improved functions of the liver & kidney (and your liver controls ALL, Y'ALL) The vinegar in this allows our bodies to better break down and absorb the nutrients (which means our waste will contain LESS biomatter because our bodies got to absorb it! Yay!) This is called bioavailability, and when we consume bitter drinks or vinegar before foods our bodies are able to take in more of that goodness. Get y'all's moneys worth!!!

When blood is stimulated with heat from capsaicin it circulates with more ease. Stimulating blood circulation combats a plethora of ailments including joint pain, sickness, thyroid function (over OR under-active), energy depletion, lethargy, and parasites! Our blood cells can use all the help they can get to replenish!
