During the cold and dark months our spirit tends to lean inwards, making for a more introspective and reflective time. We grieve, mourn and return to our roots to recall the rest of the year. What worked? What didn't work? How am I caring for myself as I let go?

During these times our skin tends to dry, muscles and bones (specifically lower back and knees) tend to grow achey, mucous builds up and our lymph nodes are working extra hard to keep our immunity up.

This Bath Tea will ease these ailments and then some! Every time I retreat into a bath with one of my Bath Teas I always enter another place that exists outside of space and time. A place that feels familiar and unfamiliar simultaneously. Everyone's experiences will obviously vary, but I know that you will enjoy the trip you take when you use this too.

Allow this detoxifying Bath Tea to pull parasites, extract dead skin cells, and help remove unwanted thoughts or judgments that you are ready to release.

Ingredients:
- Plants: Rosehips, Epazote, Lupulo (hops), Mimosa Flower, Elderflower, Rose, Bamboo Powder
- Kaolin Clay, French Green Clay, Silk Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Magnesium Flakes, Tea Tree EO, Lavender EO

Directions: Fill tub or bucket with hot water, pray intentions and thanks into the Bath Tea, place Bath Tea inside tub, enter and release.
* Herbs can be dried and steeped a second time.
