This ceremonial smoking blend is designed to learn how to embrace weaving grief into our walks of life. It isn't an easy task to do, and I went into this line with that in mind.
Working on this year's Winter line, House of Roots, brought up so many questions for me:
Where does grief live? Do they travel around? Which bodily/spiritual systems do they affect the most? How long does grief linger about? Does grief ever leave? Do I make grief feel at home? Am I leaving enough room in my life for grief?
This Winter the plants and I worked together to bring a collection that would help hold your mourning with and for you; a collection that will hopefully shift your perspective on who or what grief is and the ways we flow with, in and out of that post-funerary space.
Autumn is a time to celebrate death and reap what we worked for, whereas Winter is the time of reflection and application of those introspections in death.
Smoking is a ceremonial tradition held within personal ritual for as long as plants and human have been in communion. This blend is a great alternative to harmful smokes and can have long-term benefits on our body such as repairing your lungs and cardiovascular system.
Wild dåggå, chamomile, blue lötus flower, uvå ursï, dåmiana, peppermint, & blue cornflower
